These Terms & Conditions apply to citizens and residents of Bangladesh who access jilitaka's services via the website, mobile version, or any other digital channel. You must be of legal age to use the platform. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account.

Account Registration & Security
To create an account on jilitaka, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination. Each individual is allowed only one account — operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Sharing or disclosing your account credentials to any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Provide your accurate name, age, and contact details when registering.
- Keep your password secure and change it regularly.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
- Submitting the required documents for identity verification is mandatory.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on jilitaka are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your account instantly.
- Minimum deposit amounts are set by the platform.
- Identity verification may be required for withdrawals.
- We reserve the right to suspend any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
Each bonus or promotional offer carries its own terms and conditions, which are published separately. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonus abuse may result in account termination.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Any unused bonus amount will be forfeited upon expiry.
All amounts are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any applicable government taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the user. jilitaka does not handle tax payments or provide tax advice. A full transaction history is stored in your account and can be accessed at any time.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Every user is fully responsible for their own actions on the jilitaka platform. Misusing any system or technology on the platform, attempting to access another user's account, or engaging in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing, collusion, or other fraudulent methods is detected by the platform's security systems and results in immediate account termination.

- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Creating an account using false information.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
- Sharing account credentials with third parties.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Jilitaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions or attempted to compromise the platform's security or harm other users.
In the event of account suspension, the process for recovering any eligible balance will be reviewed. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected].

Jilitaka's liability for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures is limited. We always strive to maintain a stable service, and users will be notified in advance if a technical issue causes a service disruption.
Any third-party website links found on jilitaka are provided for informational purposes only. jilitaka is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites.
Jilitaka reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website before any changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
